Please Join Us for the Florida Blueberry Growers Association Spring Field Day

The Florida Blueberry Growers Association SPRING FIELD DAY will be held Tuesday, March 12th, 2019 at the University of Florida-IFAS Plant Science Research and Education Unit from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm in Citra, FL.  The day will consist of presentations, field tour, a group lunch as well as the opportunity to visit with 20 vendors to the blueberry industry.  Lunch is included in your paid registration (name badge will be used as your meal ticket.)


Pre-Paid Registration/Members only – $25 (thru March 6, 2019)

Day-Of Registrations/Non-Members – $50 (March 7th through Day-Of-Registration)

The registration desk will be open from 6:30am to 2:00pm (only on the day of the event)for vendor & attendee check-in/registration and assistance regarding membership renewals.  Cash, check or credit card will be accepted the day of the event.

**Please be advised, FBGA will verify membership dues upon receipt of your Spring Field Day registration.  Pre-Paid registrations whose dues are not current will be sent an email with the option to renew their dues or pay the difference of the non-member registration fee.

LIMITED VENDOR OPPORTUNITY (ONLY 20 Premium Booth Spaces Available) –

Premium Vendor Booth – $750

(Includes: one (1) 6-foot table, two (2) chairs, electricity, if needed, and (2) attendee registrations).

If you NEED electricity for your booth, please EMAIL our office for proper vendor placement.  Please note: all vendors are required to provide their own extension cord.

**Don’t forget to register your 2nd attendee registration for your vendor booth….there is a specific ticket for them.  To ensure name badges are accurate, please follow these instructions:  Select: the PREMIUM Vendor ticket, this will count as the company’s 1st attendee registration; to add the 2nd attendee registration, select the “Vendor Registration-2nd Attendee” ticket.  If additional attendee registrations are needed, select the quantity of “Member Registration”.  After all needed tickets are added, follow the prompts to add the names and contact information for your attendees.

VENDOR INFORMATION SETUP – Tuesday, 03/12/19 — 6:30am-7:30am

The UF-IFAS Citra Facility will be open for vendor setup from 6:30am until 8:00am the day of the Spring Field Day.  FBGA staff/Directors will be available to provide assistance the morning of setup.  Tables will be labeled and a vendor listing will be posted at the registration desk.  Please remember to check-in at the registration desk for your name badge lanyard.
